The Le Bijou Owners Club is an equity investment.

It offers investors the opportunity to become shareholders of an operational and independent Le Bijou franchise, fully fitted with the automated Le Bijou service and operating system, marketing and branding, as well as the signature Le Bijou interior.

Apartments are generally leased, not purchased, to provide the maximum return for minimum capital investment. Le Bijou charges a 6-20% franchise fee for the Le Bijou system and keeps a 10% share in the unit – meaning the company retains a keen interest in growing and developing the portfolio.

Swiss real estate investments have very low correlation with global real estate (Credit Suisse), meaning that they are pretty independent from global crises.
