Le Bijou Owners Club

Le Bijou Owners Club

Equity investment designed to maximise your income

The Owners Club is the Formula 1 car of the Swiss property market.

The Owners Club leverages the convenience of prime real estate, the high income of short term rentals and a very lean business model in an effort to maximise possible returns. It works best for investors that tolerate volatility and that are looking for an instrument to directly participate into a Le Bijou franchise profits’.

What is Le Bijou
Owners Club?

lazy-img

The Le Bijou Owners Club is an equity investment.

It offers investors the opportunity to become shareholders of an operational and independent Le Bijou franchise, fully fitted with the automated Le Bijou service and operating system, marketing and branding, as well as the signature Le Bijou interior.

Apartments are generally leased, not purchased, to provide the maximum return for minimum capital investment. Le Bijou charges a 6-20% franchise fee for the Le Bijou system and keeps a 10% share in the unit – meaning the company retains a keen interest in growing and developing the portfolio.

Prior to investing please study the official sales prospectus and the risk warning.

Why equity investment?

lazy-img

Direct participation in the profit

As co-owners of a fully operational franchise, investors directly participate in all profits. The more the business earns, the greater the return.

No risk related to property ownership

As the franchise company rents apartments long-term rather than purchasing them, investors do not bear the risk of possible price drops due to economic fluctuations and/or the flaws in building quality.

Why Le Bijou Owners Club

Le Bijou is a network of high-end apartment hotels

One of the highest returns

Returns of up to 7 - 14% in the equity model. Our unique business model addresses an underserved segment of luxury consumers. The market has high entry barriers preventing competition from entry.

Diversified revenue streams

Le Bijou doesn't rely on any single group of customers. Clients are distributed across business verticals, countries of origin, and purpose of booking - from corporate events to private travels; individual clients to travel agencies.

Stable against global turmoil

Tourist visits to Switzerland remained almost unimpacted by global crises of 2000 and 2008, and have been showing a positive trend since 1980's (BFS). Swiss real estate investments have very low correlation with global real estate (Credit Suisse), meaning that they are pretty independent from global crises.

Thriving Investor Community

Why people invest

Le Bijou is a network of high-end apartment hotels

To create a source of passive income to finance their lifestyle

The dream of living off passive income often stays only a dream even for the wealthy. You can bring this dream closer by purchasing a share in an Owners Club franchise (limited availability)

To diversify their portfolio with high-yield Swiss assets

With the negative interest rates across Europe, it becomes increasingly harder to derive even modest returns on investments. Investors, dissatisfied with poor performance, start to redeem money from funds. This makes Le Bijou a jewel in the multi-billion portfolios of private and institutional wealth managers: isn't it nice to own a Swiss asset that yields double-digit returns?

To turbo-charge a portion of their pension savings

The performance of Swiss pension funds fell behind expectations more than twice, declining since 2008. To no surprise, ordinary citizens are looking for alternative ways to take care of their financial future. They comprise more than half of our investors
